A big thank to George Watsons College in Edinburgh.

It was a pleasure to read to the four P2,classes on the Thursday 7 March - World Book Day. This was followed by a question and answer session with the pupils about my book The Adventures of Millie and Me- The Lost Glove . It was a delight to see the children and teachers dressed up as their favourite book characters. The story generated questions on what my favourite book was as a child . The pupils were pleased to meet my cuddly toy version of the real Millie . The children had some interesting questions about the process of writing a book - how long did it take? They wanted to know how many books I had sold. The children were keen to know if there would be more adventures for Robin and Millie. The class teachers made me feel very welcome and the pupils were all very well behaved, listening attentively throughout.
